cl-csv software package provides Common Lisp library providing easy csv reading and writing, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-csv
cl-csv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-csv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-csv *
You will get with cl-csv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
